How We Work

Please read below for a descriptive guide to our design & creative process. We offer many different online services and each have a slightly different approach. Below you will find a general outline that applies to most of the services we offer.

Step 1: Your Free Consultation

The first step is a consultation & questionnaire. We first need to know who you are, what you would like to achieve, what ideas you have and a little about the project.

In the case of a site re-design, we usually complete a thorough website analysis of your current site. If your site hasn't been as successful as you'd like, this can help identify the reasons why.

Once we find out what your exact needs are, we can give you the most accurate quote that will work with your budget and include the features and functions you desire.

Step 2: Your Project Quote

Once we know what your project will entail, we can give you a quote. The quote is given per project, not by the hour, and will consist of a number of variables that we will go over in the consultation.

The amount and complexity of design elements, user-interactive features, database design, and back-end programming are all taken into consideration when quoting a project.

We also offer hosting and domain name options, as well as monthly marketing & maintenance after launch. We strive to provide same-day quotes on projects submitted through our website.

Step 3: Indulgent Beauty Designs Project Proposal and Agreement

Once both parties have discussed the project and talked over the quote, a written proposal and agreement is drawn up. This will list out the specs of the project according to the details received in Step 1. This document, along with payment form, is then sent to the client for review and signature. Next we begin the project!

Step 4: Collecting Materials

For most design projects the materials are very crucial. In order to follow your thought pattern and general style preferences, we must collect all materials before we begin on the project. At this point we collect any images, videos, copy text, color preferences, reference sites you like, your logo and anything else you would like included in the design.

You would send all content over to us via email or postal mail. Once all content is submitted to our staff, we can begin on the mock-up or promotional services.

Step 5: Mock Up Approval

In a short period of time after collecting content, we present you with a graphic mock up of your website design. Now is the time for any revisions or alterations you may have.

When the revision process is completed, it is on to the programming stage.

Step 6: Programming and Launching of your new site

After the mock-up has been approved, our programming team will then begin bringing your project to life! This is often the most time consuming stage of a project. Our qualified programmers make sure that every detail of your website will function as expected under heavy demand.

Step 7: Follow up & Marketing your Website
